Completely blown away by the five star service I received from Tim and Jay! They were both very thorough and explained everything. In general from the customer service on the phone all the way to the actual service call this company is outstanding. They want to help and they want to be there for the customer. This is the quality service that is hard to find these days.

Our technician Christian is awesome. He has become part of our family. He is really diligent and listens to our needs to make sure the job is done. Very professional and always has good attitude. I would recommend him to anyone for service. We are truly thankful for him.

The young man you sent to my property is the main reason for this review. He was excellent. More than excellent. He took his job seriously. Communicated with me about products. Found female dens. Attentive and persistent. Very good manorism. He did inside and out. Explained products being used. I look forward to seeing Cook's Pest Control again. I give them 10 stars.

They say they have a 115 percent satisfactory garentee but not to me they lost there business from me over 9 bucks they wasted more money and time just driving out here cause they told me 180 not 189 they told me they can't help and left I'm so disappointed they lost a lot of business cause I was highly recommend to them !!!! I have to put one star for this comment but to me no stars

Actually do inspections unlike Terminix when I had them for years. Friendly service and good tips. Highly recommend.

I’ve been with Cook’s pest control for over 10 years. They do a good job they’re respectful they talk to you and sometimes they become your buddy.!!! I start it with cooks in Oxford, Alabama and Bug Man became one of the favorite people. I like to see it once a month!!! we always talked about each other’s family, and he was my great aunts Bug Man too!!!

New customer to Cooks and glad I made the switch. Most thorough pest control service I have received! The technician was very courteous and very accommodating to my schedule. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!!!
